How can I receive updates on specials and new products?
It is very simple. On the right hand column of the website, there is a box that says “ Sign up for updates, specials and news.” Just enter in your email address and press “Go.” You will receive any updates on new products and special offers in the future. Thank you for your interest!!
How do I create a new account with Gentle Earth?
If this is your first visit and you’d like to place an order, we recommend taking a couple seconds to create an account for a personalized shopping experience with us. On the right hand column, select “Log In.” You will see that an email address and password needs to be entered. After you have set up your account, this is how you will access it. For your first login, you will need to register with Gentle Earth. Click on the “Not a Member” link and you will be taken to the registration page. You can place an order without signing up for an account with Gentle Earth.
Do I have an existing account? Am I already registered?
If you have made purchases at the Gentle Earth Online Boutique previously or were an ETM member, then you are a returning customer. You are already registered with us and you can simply log in using your email address and password.
How do I log in?
You must type in your e-mail address and password to log in. Keep in mind that all passwords are case-sensitive, please enter them as shown. If you were a previous member of Gentle Earth and this is your first log in. Your temporary password was sent to you. Once you log on with the temporary password you will be asked to change it to something only you will know and remember. Call or email (info@gentleearth.ca) our office if you have any problems.
My password doesn’t work.
Oh no!! Don’t get too worried, there is an easy solution. Under the log in screen, you will see a “Forgot Password” link. Click the link and you will be asked to enter your email address. A password will be sent to you so you can log on again.
How do I order?
Simply select the products you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” You will find products by browsing though the main categories, and sub categories to see the product lists. Once you add a product to the cart you can change the quantity and update your cart for pricing. After you have added a product to your cart you can proceed to “checkout” or “continue shopping” by selecting the appropriate button. At any time you can click on the “View Cart” option on the right column of the website to return and review your cart and the items you have already selected. Once you are finished shopping and are happy with the quantities for each item, select “Checkout” and you will be taken through the order process to complete your order and ensure shipments are sent to the correct address.

Where do you ship to?
We only ship to Canada and the United States.
How do you ship?
We ship via Canada Post. Expedited, Xpresspost and International Purolator are the shipping services we use.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependent on weight and destination. We ship from our Victoria warehouse and most parcels vary between $8 and $20 dollars. Additional costs are associated with speedier delivery services.

I want to resell the product? Can I distribute Gentle Earth Products? Can I get better pricing?
Yes, you can. We are always happy when someone loves our product and also wants to sell it. If you are serious about selling Gentle Earth products please email info@gentleearth.ca for more information on how to become a Gentle Earth distributor. Distributor prices are only available to distributors and we can give you further information on the eligibility requirements, procedures and terms and conditions. We have product manuals, training and marketing materials available to help get you started.
Am I still eligible for member/IR/distributor prices?
Yes you are. As a previous Gentle Earth member/distributor or ETM customer, your prices will be displayed as soon as you log on. There is no list or tabs with the member and retail prices. Before you log on, only retail prices will be displayed.
How do I become a retailer?
Please email info@gentleearth.ca for more information on how to become a retailer. Any details concerning your retail location and your specific interest in our particular products is much appreciated. Retail prices are only available to retailers. Please email info@gentleearthproducts for eligibility requirements, terms and conditions.
