Last year I sprayed all my railings with a solution of 1 part Neem and 10 parts water (Neem removes algae and mold and inhibits the re-growth). This year unlike all the other years, there was no algae or mold on the railings. With a quick wipe using my All-Purpose cloth, in seconds the railing was sparkling. In past years I had to go through a huge cleaning process to first remove all the algae and then to start the cleaning.
