Shipping and Returns
In our efforts of rapid delivery, your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days, provided the items you have ordered are not back-ordered by our manufacturers. Shipping costs are subject to both weight and destination of parcel. We send our merchandise using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel. Upon member’s request, we can send your parcel via Xpresspost, at an added expense. Delivery standards are outlined on Canada Post’s site (www.canadapost.ca). Parcel tracking is available upon request.
Warranty and Return Policy
- All sales are final.
- If you purchase an item that is defective you may return it for replacement, at your shipping cost. Please contact our office to discuss the issue in more detail so we can best determine the nature and extent of the problem
- Merchandise that is under manufacturer's warranty will be subject to that warranty.
We ask that you return the merchandise
- Within thirty (30) days of purchase
- In the original packaging, and in its original new condition
- Include the Gentle Earth receipt
- Include the description of the reason of return
Once received, we will evaluate the returned product and communicate with you further regarding the status of the return.
We are careful and meticulous in the packaging and shipping of our orders to our customers to protect our goods from damage and their safe delivery at your doorstep. However, If for some reason, goods are received in error or have been damaged in delivery, please contact our office within 2 days of receipt of the product. We want to work with you as expeditiously as possible to correct the error and to ensure that you are provided with the products you ordered.
